As hair are made of keratin which is a protein so first of all include protein all three meals and chew few curry leaves empty stomach in the morning abd massaging the scalp with coconut oil mixed euth few drops of rosemary oil and few drops of castor oil store in a bottle use that fir oiling abd use mild shampoo
