How to stop Brest feeding

A. Gradually reduce the length and frequency of nursing sessions. Do not be abrupt and understand your toddler's needs. Start by dropping sessions one by one. Give your child enough time to get used to the change. Allow a week or so to pass by before dropping another session. You can begin with daytime suckling sessions. Gradually start cutting down on the length of nursing sessions. Keep the feeding session short. Distract your baby by engaging in other fun activities like reading, drawing, playing together etc. Change the feeding routine - try a different room, snuggle and hug before sleeping etc.
