A. Namaste Mom, Abhi woh 1 year and above hai tho aap usse abhi sab family foods de sakte hai , major part of diet unka abhi regular foods se hona hai. aap apna feed gradually reduce kar sakte hai , one feed at a time stop kare, abhi aap animal ya plant source milk bhi de sakte hai
