1) First decrease the frequency of breastfeeding then gradually stop it as milk flow will reduce eventually.
2) Give mashed potatoes mashed banana apple puree khichdi daliya seasonal fruits and vegetables soups crambled eggs paneer etc. Sit together and eat together.
3) Give meal in the gap of 2 hour.
