how to stop breast feeding after 1 year? my kid is not taking bottle feed or any other milk .. is thre any creams? or practice to follow? kindly suggest

Hello mom If you are feeding four times in a day then just start feeding twice a day and within a time you will not get a milk in your breast and then you can completely stop breastfeeding. This is the best way to stop breastfeeding to your baby. You have to continue repeating it and within a time you will not get milk
