ideally you can offer 1.3 litter fluids per day.
it includes water, milk, soup, juice, coconut water, buttermilk etc

understand your child sleep pattern and check Urine frequency.
just make habit to take your child for washroom at regular intervals.
limit your child fluid intake after evening time.
give black sesame seeds everyday.
