Little bit of chilly should be introduced from the age of eight months now what you do is just put a little bit of chilly into the food of the child and then you offered it to the child it should not be showing on top of the food or something like that because some kids are very reluctant to eat that colour food also so just add it into little quantity of your child doesn’t realise their spicy and then slowly introduced gradually increase the amount of chilli and whenever you are eating food just tell your child to eat one bite just you know like try to say just try what I am eating it’s very nice so try to just encourage your child to eat what you are eating slowly things are going to work out out
