AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy1 week agoA. Hi mom This is cradle cap. u can use spoo shampoo to remove it. also massage hair with coconut oil. This will help to loosen the cradle cap and clear the head. Secondly use soft cotton damp cloth to clean the ears from back side or do it when u give Bath to the baby
