If You really want to do it then first you should start meditating keep your mind cool I just see how important the other person is once you know how important the other person is your mind is going to filter it for you and second of all the biggest problem with a lot of people is that you just keep listening to the shit of other people and do not respond whatever is in their mind which is why they become more negative and they have too much of frustration into them so the best is to give it off to them and get out of the situation or else if you do not want to do it then just walk away I just don’t interact with such a negative people
