Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. will go away by 2 years age birthmarks are very common in children and usually fade by one to maximum 2 years of age. if they are not increasing in intensity and number then there is no need to worry. you can consult your doctor who will tell you regarding the birthmark and any complications if any which may be associated with it.

If it is a birthmark then as far as I know you actually cannot remove it because it is embedded into the body of the child rest you can check with your paediatric as to what kind of of a birthmark is and can it be removed or not what can they suggest you on this
