how to relive my baby from vaccine pain. he got his vaccination today and his thigh is red and he is in pain he 1month and 17days old.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. when fever comes after vaccination you can give paracetamol to the child for fever as well as pain.
paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day.
you can also apply ice over the injection site.
if there is local swelling you can apply ice as well as thrombophob gel.
vaccine fever usually subsides in max 2 to 3 days but if it continues beyzond 3 days meet your dr to rule out any other causes of fever

try cool pack on this
for that ,take a clean Cotton clothe ,place an ice cube and make pouch of it
then gently Pat it on injected site .
do it thrice a day.
it will definitely help
