how to regularise my period I m a mom of 5.yers old breastfeeding mom of 12 month d baby I had also undergone my family planning operation after 2nd delivery mine is normal delivery. I got my period on regular basis after my baby is 5 months old but this month I missed my period since we got transfer fron south indian to North India how to take care of myself

It Maybe due to hormonal imbalance or any other issue associated so I would advise you to one’s take a consultation from a gynaecologist because with the proper ultrasound or maybe a sonography it would reveal as to what is the issue why your periods are don’t go ahead with anything without consulting you gynaecologist you can even talk to your doctor over the phone who did your delivery baby should be able to assist you with further instructions
