1.Eat healthy balanced diet... include lots of fruits and veggies... Proteins etc
2.Drink plenty of water.
3.Cleanse your face daily with a good face wash.
4.scrub your face once in week with any exfoliating scrub.
5.Moisturize your face.
6.Protect your skin from heat, dust and pollution.
7.Try to use natural products with no chemicals in it.
8.Consult a dermatologist if your skin needs a treatment.
9.Ask the doctor for some supplements.
