A. it is very normal for small children to have slightly warm/hot head palms and soles but if the growth of the child is proper no need to worry about the warm head palm and soles. you have to consider it as fever oznly if the temperature in the armpit is 100°f / 37.7°c or more. the warm head palms and soles are due to hyperdynzamic circulation in these areas (that is necessary for development) which is normal.

A. If your child is six months complete then you can give good amount of water butter milk and coconut water that is going to help keep your child into a content room temperature avoid switching of the temperature that is also going to be helpful but these liquids are certainly going to be very beneficial
