Visit a certified nutrition consultant/dietitian for a detailed plan Continue exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months as it helps in weight loss after pregnancy. avoid any kind of overeating for example finishing leftover of child sleep for at least 7 hours a day avoid late night snacking and late dinner
