how to prevent stretch marks?

A. To reduce stretch marks, apply Bio oil or Aloe vera gel and coconut oil on affected areas twice a day and on clean and dry skin. Include protein and vitamin rich foods and lots of fluids. Do skin toning exercises like squats, brisk walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, breathing and Yogasnas.
