A. exclusive breastfeeding has to be continued till completion of 6 months of age and you have to drink plenty of water and at least 500 ml milk everyday as well as homemade food from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruists daily e as well as you can go for shatavari supplement which will also help in increasing the breast milk formation (eg lactonic granules, galact granules etc ) also take multivitamins iron calcium and vitamin d along with folic acid. follow all this steps to increase breast milk formation. d

A. **1. Preventing Eyelid Problems in Young Children:** If you’re referring to conditions such as swollen eyelids or eye infections, here are some steps you can take: - **Maintain Hygiene:** Ensure hands are clean before touching the face or eyes. Regularly wash your child's face with a clean, damp cloth. - **Avoid Irritants:** Keep the child away from known irritants like smoke or allergens. - **Proper Eye Care:** If there are signs of infection (like redness or discharge), consult a pediatrician for appropriate treatment. - **Eye Examination:** Regular eye check-ups can help detect any issues early on. **2. Remedy for Persistent Nasal Congestion:** Persistent nasal congestion in children can be managed with the following: - **Saline Nasal Drops:** Use saline drops or sprays to moisten nasal passages and ease congestion. Ensure the drops are suitable for children. - **Humidifier:** A cool-mist humidifier can help keep the airways moist and reduce congestion. - **Hydration:** Ensure your child drinks plenty of fluids to help thin mucus. - **Elevate Head:** Slightly elevate the head while sleeping to help reduce nasal congestion. - **Avoid Irritants:** Keep the environment free of allergens and smoke. If congestion persists or is accompanied by other symptoms like fever or difficulty breathing, consult a pediatrician. **3. Addressing Reduced Breast Milk Supply:** If you’re experiencing a reduced breast milk supply, consider these steps: - **Increase Feeding Frequency:** Nurse more often to stimulate milk production. Frequent breastfeeding can signal your body to produce more milk. - **Proper Latch:** Ensure the baby is latching correctly, as an improper latch can affect milk supply. - **Stay Hydrated and Eat Well:** Drink plenty of fluids and maintain a balanced diet rich in nutrients to support milk production. - **Rest and Manage Stress:** Adequate rest and stress management are important for maintaining a healthy milk supply. - **Consider Supplements:** Some women find that lactation supplements or teas help, but consult your healthcare provider before starting any new supplements. - **Consult a Lactation Consultant:** A lactation consultant can provide personalized advice and support to address milk supply issues. If milk supply concerns persist, it’s best to consult a lactation consultant or your pediatrician for tailored advice and support.
