ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, at the age of 8 months, you should avoid giving oats to your baby. Oats is bulky so fills baby’s small stomach and reduces the appetite for other food. Oats can be given after 2 years.

See oats is not a thing for dinner so if you want you want to go ahead with heavy dinner for the child then you go ahead with something like a porridge or khichadi but not to oats but if you want to prepare it then you’ll have to do is look for recipes online
