With milk intake limited up to 450 ml per day only,
Keep atleast 3 hour gap between two solid feed.
Give all family food in soft n roughly mashed form.
No food restrictions, can give everything.
Don't cook separate for ur baby, give him or her same food what your eat .

At this age, offer your little one food every 2 to 3 hours since their tummies are still pretty small and they'll need to eat frequently throughout the day to get the nutrients needed for development.
