Depending upon what is the age of your kids you have not mentioned sometimes kids don’t listen and sometimes screaming and shouting is completely normal it’s a part of parenting because a parent also gets exhausted but most of the times you should try to explain them quietly if you can otherwise sometimes scolding is not bad
