A. try to vent out on anyone who understand you. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stress

A. hello mom, first thing is keep calm and try to enjoy your motherhood please help from your partner or family member to to look after baby when awake during Nights... do meditation deep breathing and Pranayama which will stabilize your mental state do read some good books
