How to manage Diaper rashes? My son has developed rashes after a couple of loose motions 12-15 days ago. The loose motions have stopped but the rashes are there even now The doctor had prescribed Soliderm. what needs to be done. thanks

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. Siloderm C Cream is an antifungal medicine. It kills and prevents the growth of fungus. This relieves the symptoms caused by the infection. It may be used to treat infections such as ringworm, athlete's foot, fungal nappy rash, and fungal sweat rash.
