How to manage a cranky baby and if we won’t give anything she cries a lot and she wants to do we have to allow her if not she do a cranky a lot and will cry as well in meantime getting angry on her and regretting later how to calm in such situations?? And how can we manage a baby as a wfh without any help husband help is there but without maid or family support is it possible with a 18 old month baby girl

If both the partners are working and earning then you can hire a maid not for your child precisely but for household work and support and with your child actually there is lack of time I think that the parents have which by the child has become more cranky the second reason could be teething or premolars as that common in this age can lead to this kind of behaviour is deficiency of iron in the body and fourth is that you may be saying no to your child for everything which is why the child has started behaving like this you have to change your approach towards the child and you’ll have to have patience in dealing with the child
