Neelam ChinnappaMom of 3 children3 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to us with this question please note that now that your baby has completed 1 year old you can safely move your baby to family food and offer everything that you eat as a family just reduce the spice levels a little otherwise preparing Upma would be the same as you prepare at home
