A. Dear Mom You can give recipes like khichadi sabji curd. vegetable Paratha curd, paneer rice or paneer paratha, Daliya porridge, Sheera, or Egg rice , Roti with dal. vegetable utapa, chicken soup with rice all these are healthy recipes.
