Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activitieys at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favgourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

U Should give milk to the child before your child goes to sleep as that’s the only way to deal with it that’s the best way to go about it because at this age kids should sleep throughout the night without asking for a feel so that’s the only way you can walk over
