how to make the baby sleep at night he is more active during night and sometimes cries a lot. he is 1 month old.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which is there commonly in night . It can be relieved by medicine like colicaid or gastica drops containing dil oil and feniel oil with semethicone.
other reasons could be nasal blockage, ear pain, diaper rash and sometimes more conditions which needs to be ruled out and managed accordingly .Regarding Speech baby usually start mono syllable words at 6 to 7 months then bysyllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age .
By 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months .
Later on child start saying simple meaningful sentences by 2 years of age .
Speech is a two way communication so just interact with the child and as the child will try to express gradually he will try to speak simple sentences .
