Q.

Hi, My niece is 1 year old, she does not sleep well at night. the entire day she remains active and sleeps for about 2 hours at a strech during the day, however at night she just cries and does not sleep well. please give some advice

A. hi mom just ensure that child is wearing loose comfortable clothes in the night avoid using diaper .. ensure child is not hungry ... dim light .. light music might help
