A. Boil water with little salt to it and then cool down it and saline water is ready but as you want to use for the vaby so you can get it from a store saline nasal drops

A. Im Not aware about it that you can make it at home also if you want you can look for some recipe or remedy online to make it that’s what you can do else you can ask your doctor because as far as I know you cannot make it at home
