A. Hello good morning !! Yes millets,cereals are good for baby . As millets,cereals rich in fibre,vitamins including in regular diet helps in regulating metabolism,balanced diet,tummy filling. You can give as cerelac,porridge,dosa,idly .... But check suitability of every cereal and millet separately and then mix to make cerelac or saarmav.
