Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. your doctor will give you health supplements which has to be given intermittently to the child. along with this also give all the supplements and milk that has been advised by the doctor. continue breastfeeding

Hello ma’am Mam please understand whether a child is premature or Full term born for initial six months it is recommended to exclusively breastfeed the baby and whatever wait your child is going to gain will be with breastfeed only that you are providing so just continue breastfeeding your child for a proper weight gain
