Seema shekharMom of 2 children3 years agoA. If your baby gaining weiggt passing urine 6 yo 8 times in a day exclusive on breast feed then your baby grow well after six month apart from breast milk give semisolids food 2 to 3 types of fruit puree fresh homemade curd coconut water.
