NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. hello the baby is thin it is definitely not a concern especially if your child is active as some kids can be slow weight gainers and do not worry if baby is eating well and the growth of your child and the milestones is being reached is good enough then nothing to worry
