#asktheexperts My baby is 1yr 10 months she is very thin but active as wel but i have to see her little more fat as well weight pls sugg3 how can i make her even more healthy

A. Dear parent, for overall good health and growth, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add dry fruits like almonds, peanuts, cashew nuts, walnuts to baby’s diet. Add ghee to every meal.
