Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, we'll if you Wil make kheer you will have to add sugar. And ypu should avoid giving sugar and sly at this age. Better give him Khichdi, or other vegetables to eat with no or less salt. Good luck and take care
