how to make kheer for baby for annaprashan please advice what milk should i use to make kheer

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist20 hours agoA. Namaste Mom, You can make it with the usual recipe would be fine as it would be given in small quantity so should be fine as such, use of jaggery would be a better option that refined sugar.

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 11 m old boy1 day agoA. Hello good evening !! For annaprashan you can use cow milk or buffalo milk according to your family tradition or else ask Pandit ji. Although cow milk ,buffalo milk are not suggested for below one year babies ,while annaprashan very minute quantity morsel of kheer is to be feed for the babies . But after that regular feeding you can use formula milk for preparing kheer.
