Namaste Mom, You can take mix of dals such as yellow moong , chana, tur dal etc and rice .. so let the rice and dal ratio be in order of 2:1 and first wash and sun dry them seprately and later dry roast them and later cool and grind into a fine paste , later you can mix all and store in air tight container
