how to maintain weight of kids, specially in summer. please suggest a diet for weight gain in kids.

A. Hello In summer, give more fluid based recipes like coconut water, Vegetable soup. lassi, fruits smoothie, milk shake, porridge, custard, to kids. do not give cried foods, junk foods like Biscuits, waffers bakery products chips chocolates farsan
