I know its hard to get free time after having kids but exercising is important not just for weight loss but to maintain good health. Initially you can start with simple exercises for small duration & then gradually increase if you are comfortable. I love swimming which i do atleast 15 mins everyday , it has helped me reduce postpartum weight as well as relaxes my mind 😊

Also, take care of your diet. eat healthy foods, both to boost your breast milk and your health, so that there is no deficiency of vitamins.
