how to loss weight after delivery and after delivery my periods are irregular how to regularise them

A. hi mom post delivery till you are breastfeeding periods can be irregular try to have good proteins, variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well for better quality of milk and also for weight loss try consulting a qualified dietitian

A. Apart from having good food, try to exercise regularly. I know its hard to get free time after having kids but exercising is important not just for weight loss but to maintain good health. Initially you can start with simple exercises for small duration & then gradually increase if you are comfortable. I love swimming which i do atleast 15 mins everyday , it has helped me reduce postpartum weight as well as relaxes my mind 😊

A. Breastfeeding is the main reason for irregularities of periods post pregnancy. As your baby starts to wean periods also generally become regular. Also, take care of your diet. eat healthy foods, both to boost your breast milk and your health, so that there is no deficiency of vitamins.
