A. Hello With exercise & calorie controlled diet you can lose fat from whole body, not just tummy. you can 1. Avoid fried, bakery, junk, sugary foods 2. Include sprouts, pulses, skim milk, egg whites, vegetables fruits daily 3. Drink adequate water .
