ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom dont have this false hope , and even if some one says they would make you do through shortcut , sorry thats not reliable , and these would be temporary.
so have patients and dedication .. be mindful of what you eat but remember you would be breast feeding hence would require to be having healthy and filling diet and avoid strict dieting for now ,
also involve in some form of physcial activity
