Q.

How to know my 5month baby is dehydrated? Because he was having diarrhea since 15 days,but he pees normal,mouth is not dried and his head is quite bit sunken.

A. The urine output is good then there is nothing to be worried and you should be feeding your child from time to time still if you are concerned about being dehydrated then you can consult your doctor otherwise if the motion is proper I don’t think so any situation of dehydration
