How to know my 20 days old baby is getting enough breastmilk..... because he wants to be fed all the time throughout the day

Actually kids are full that is when they sleep for two or three hours at a state they don’t ask for a fee to sleep peacefully if a child is constantly asking for a feed then either your child is not getting enough feeding from you or your child is just having stomach pain but she keeping nipple into the mouth to be quiet
