A. hello Initially breastmilk supply can be low but take lactare tablet which can help to increase the milk secretion and also have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can improve your milk secretion and if bm os not sufficient then give stage 1 infant formula milk using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug
