Actually when kids stomach is full they quit feeding on their own only they know and have an understanding of their tummy being fool and they go to sleep and if they’re sleeping for 2 to 3 hours at a stretch and gaining a minimum weight of 500 g every month that means the feed that you were giving is just good enough and keeping the child full
