how to keep the baby safe fro.. possible stomach infection and lose stool. baby is 6 month old and have started solids recently

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomititng and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucorus high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
