how to introduce solids to my baby and she is 5 months old? what's the schedule for a day? how many times feeding and solid throughout a day

A. Right now your child is not in the east to start with food you have to wait for your child to complete the time of six months after that only you can start giving food and water to the child prior to that it would not be advisable to give anything other than the feeding that you are giving
