How to introduce new food items to baby especially veggies, so that they eat healthy?

A. Hello mom you have to follow a 3 day method. That is give the same food for 3 consecutive days in small quantities and as the child is getting used to it you can gradually increase the quantity. At times it could happen that he might reject the food as well it’s fine try again after some time .
