Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, you should increase your liquid intake. Drink k lots is water. And milk twice in a day. Add lactonic granules in the milk as that also help in increasing milk supply.
Also fruits as it is or in the form of juice., vegetables soup, butter milk etc.
Eat green leafy vegetables. Add jeera in your diet.
