how to increase weight of my kid.he is 5+

A. Hello mom kids are expected to almost triple their birth weight by the age of 1 year and then it takes 5 years to double that up. certain healthy foods that help in weight gain are dry fruits and nuts , eggs , dals , chana , rajma , etc rice , roti, panner , ghee , milk , fresh fruit milk shake, stuff paranthas etc
